¿Que responden a los cientos y cientos de alegaciones presentadas?, ¿se han olvidado de ello?.
Este proyecto de P.O.M. no se puede ni se debe aprobar definitivamente, sería un auténtico disparate que hipotecaría para muchísimos años a la ciudad de Cuenca.
Exigimos a la Junta de Comunidades que sea escrupulosa en su tramitación, que se respete la normativa vigente y que no olvide que la mayor virtud de estos expedientes es conseguir una verdadera transparencia en la gestión, de tal forma que todos podamos conocer los verdaderos intereses que están detrás de este empeño tan irracional.

El concejal de Urbanismo entregará personalmente el documento completo del POM en la Consejería de Ordenación del Territorio
El concejal de Urbanismo, Pedro Vallejo, viajará mañana lunes hasta la capital regional para entregar personalmente en la Consejería de Ordenación del Territorio y Vivienda el documento del Plan de Ordenación Municipal completo para que ésta emita el informe que, si es favorable, permitirá aprobar el POM de forma definitiva.
La empresa Prointec remitió la pasada semana al Ayuntamiento este documento completo del Plan de Ordenación Municipal para que a su vez el Consistorio lo enviara a la Consejería.Cuando el POM esté en manos de la Consejería ésta tendrá un plazo de un mes para emitir el informe.
El concejal de Urbanismo, Pedro Vallejo, ha indicado que la Consejería deberá además pronunciarse definitivamente sobre si será necesario volver a exponer al público el Plan Municipal ya que, según informaciones de la propia Consejería, cuando se expuso en la etapa del Gobierno de José Manuel Martínez Cenzano, se cometieron deficiencias que, si se confirman, provocarían una nueva exposición pública y por lo tanto un retraso en la aprobación de este Plan que es fundamental para el desarrollo de la ciudad.
Pedro Vallejo confía en que finalmente el documento del POM no tenga que volver a exponerse y ha pedido al delegado de la Junta, Ángel Valiente, que en lugar de criticar el proceso que se está siguiendo en la tramitación del POM que medie para que no se cumpla la advertencia de la Consejería sobre una posible repetición de la exposición al público que retrasaría su aprobación, “Ángel Valiente debería estar preocupado por el hecho de que un error cometido por sus compañeros de partido cuando gobernaban en el Ayuntamiento de Cuenca pudiera ahora provocar un nuevo retraso para el POM y tendría que estar trabajando para evitar esta posibilidad en lugar de atacar constantemente al Ayuntamiento y al alcalde”.
Por último Pedro Vallejo ha instado a la Consejería de Ordenación del Territorio a que agilice la firma de convenios pendientes con el Ayuntamiento de Cuenca y que afectan al barrio de Buenavista y a dos calles de San Antón, “en el Ayuntamiento tenemos todos los trámites hechos y sólo falta la firma del convenio. Cuando más se demore este acuerdo más perjudicaremos a los vecinos de estas zonas que están esperando con impaciencia las actuaciones en sus calles”.
